Brasília - The Capital of Brazil

With a long history before and after its inauguration in 1960, Brasília is the planned capital city of a huge and diverse country. It was planned by Lucio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer during the government of Juscelino Kubitscheck and had been considered a World Heritage by UNESCO in 1987.
Fifty years later, it is less modern than predicted and looks older than its age. Learn more about the daily life in Brasília through my lenses.
